TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Scope

These terms and conditions apply to all contracts between Hunnebergs Gård (“Operator”) and the guest (“Guest”) for services like overnight stays (camping and hostel) and ancillary services. They apply to all bookings—online, phone, email, or form.

Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded when the Operator accepts the booking. The service period begins at check-in and ends at check-out or departure.

Prices & Payment

Prices valid at booking time apply. Payment is due upon arrival. Late fees may apply. Advance payments or security deposits may be required.

Cancellation & No‑Show

Guests may cancel free up to 14 days before arrival. After that, fees up to 90 % may apply. No‑show results in full charge.

Use & House Rules

Guests must abide by the house rules, avoid noise disturbance, and are liable for their own behavior and belongings.

Liability

Operator is liable only for intent or gross negligence. No liability for personal belongings.

​

Data Protection

Personal data is processed per GDPR. Online bookings via Wix; Google Maps integrated.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swedish law applies to consumer contracts. Exclusive jurisdiction: Vänersborg, Sweden.

Severability

If any provision is invalid, the rest remain in force.
